Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside operational hours will be processed at the start of the next operational window. jnt188 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit on the same account.
All Platform balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) by default. When depositing or withdrawing via USDT, conversion rates are applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. jnt188 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and is not responsible for currency fluctuations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be returned (net of applicable transfer fees) and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
